For international Shipping, we do begin to ship to some countries in Asia and Europe. 

Simply enter your shipping address to see if the country is eligible for international shipping.

 

Your package will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Lost Package 

If your package is lost in transit, Famedeals will ship you another one. However, if the status provided by the couriers as delivered, we will not reimburse or ship another unit one. Due to the recent Covid19 outbreak, USPS is experiencing a slight delays and packages may take longer than usual to arrive. If the package does not show movement in 30 days, then it is considered as a lost shipment.

Package tracking indicated delivered but I never receive my package

If the tracking number provided by the courier indicate delivered but you have not received your package, please contact them directly with the tracking number provided. If you need to file claim, please contact us and we will provide you a copy of the shipping label so that you can file a claim. Please note Famedeals will not be responsible for lost packages that indicates as delivered with a valid tracking number.

 For international lost package claim:

Due to the increase of online fraud, in order for us to file a claim for your international package lost claim, we would need a confirmation letter provided by your local post to you to verify that you have and did reach out to them for a trace and have confirm that you have not receive your package. We will need the representative name and staff number in the letter. Please note we do not provide refund or compensation if the package is hold by custom due to duty issue. It is customer's Soley responsibility to pay such duty or taxes.

The time to file and have results for an international package lost claim may take up to 60 days.
